Design Source of Truth — canonical set + Paper↔repo contract

The design source spans the Paper file (01KS9HJRSXFAP5FART7R5Y07CM, "TUEMPRESA.DIGITAL") and the knowledge/ docs. This doc is the map: which Paper page is canonical per concern, where the written spec lives, and the contract that keeps them in sync. It exists because the file had accumulated stale/duplicate versions (v1, NOT_UPDATED) that made "which is current?" tribal knowledge.

Governance (applies to Paper too, #340)​

Same rule as the knowledge base: if it's the canonical page, it's current; superseded versions are deleted — git/Paper history is the archive. A page name states its concern, never its version. No v1 beside a current page; no "NOT_UPDATED" labels — delete instead.

Frozen (paused, keep, do not treat as current): Desktop App 2-0 (apps/desktop paused 2026-06-09) — paired written specs tedos-design-system.md + tedos-screens.md are now historical (they describe this paused desktop surface, not the web admin).

The Paper↔repo contract​

handoffs/screen-map.json is the load-bearing bridge: it pins pageId: 3-0 and maps every admin screen → Paper node id → repo route → content-sync status. 3-0 is the screen hub by contract — any consolidation that moves or regenerates 3-0 artboards must keep node ids stable or update screen-map.json in lockstep, or the Paper-as-source-of-truth handoff breaks. The kit-design-validate.mjs gate enforces taxonomy integrity over this file.

Paper MCP can delete artboards/nodes and screenshot, but cannot delete or rename whole pages — page deletes/renames (5-0, C-0, F-0, plus the clarity renames: 3-0 → "Admin · Design System & Screens", 2-0 → "Desktop App (PAUSED)", A-0/B-0/D-0/E-0) are a manual step in Paper.

File-wide cleanup (pending)​

  • Font purge: every page still lists Space Grotesk + JetBrains Mono alongside Geist. Geist is the official font (2026-06-17) — purge the old families file-wide (start with the 9-0 Typography slide + the A-0 handoff note). grid-system.md G20 corrected to Geist in the critique PR.
  • Widget demo copy (A-0) still uses CRM framing (Leads/Deals/HubSpot) — refresh to the 3-surface framing; cosmetic, low priority.
